December 2021 Residential Statistics

Another year has drawn to a close and what a year it was.  We were still the the throws of the COVID-19 pandemic and the residential real estate market showed little signs of slowing.  In Niagara/Haldimand Regions we saw Unit Sales increase by 15% and the Average Sale Price increase by 28%.  In Hamilton region it was a very similar story with Unit Sales increasing by 17% and the Average Sale Price increasing by 27%.  The average rental price in all combined areas is over $2200/month and many new home/condo projects are well on their way across the peninsula.  Our team of full service REALTORS® are ready to assist you heading into 2022 with all your real estate needs.  We specialize in Resale, New Homes, Investment Properties, Commercial Properties, and Leasing.
