In Niagara/Haldimand Regions we saw Unit Sales decrease by 9% and the Average Sale Price increase by 28%. In Hamilton region it was a similar story with Unit Sales decreasing by 13% and the Average Sale Price increasing by 32%. The average rental price in all combined areas is over $2300/month and many new home/condo projects are well on their way across the peninsula.
