March 2022 Residential Statistics

As we head into the Spring we are starting to see a slight shift in the market.  Prices are still increasing and inventory is still low, but there has been a slight increase with inventory in the Niagara/Haldimand Regions with 1.1 months and Hamilton having 0.9 months.
