November 2022 Residential Statistics

As we head towards winter and the holiday season we are still seeing signs of a more balanced market.  Prices are still up over this time last year, but we are noticing prices are leveling out and inventory has increased with Niagara/Haldimand Regions having  3.7 months and Hamilton having 2.0 months.
