Residential properties averaged 39 days on market and $329/sqft. With only 3 months of supply left, we enter the end of the year in a seller's market.
Hamilton, Ancaster and Stoney Creek had a total of 13% increase in unit sales and 6% increase in average sale price YTD for the month of October. Compared to last year, there was a 6% increase in listings in the area. Residential properties averaged 30 days on market and $424/sqft. With only 2 months of supply left, we enter November in a Seller's market.
