October 2021 Residential Statistics

The residential real estate market in Niagara/Hamilton/Haldimand this Fall is still holding strong in a Seller's market.  Niagara and Dunnville were up 20% in Unit Sales and the Average Sale Price has increased 28%, with a slight decrease in inventory to 0.9 months.
